We have all most likely experienced more change in the last 2 years then at any point in our lives ; as a nation , a state , a city , and community.
It must be noted that in order to make room for new harvest the stubble of the last years crops must be plowed under. I for one wish the plow man would get off my back for just a little while.

I do look forward to the coming season , I feel as if the coming fall has just the right amount of bite in the air to indicate the joy of the holidays and the promise of better , even if simpler times ahead. Now that we know the weather conditions and have prepared ourselves with long sleeves and a scarf ( or mud boots depending on how deep a hole you are in ) it really isn't that bad.

I lost a home but retained my family , I wrecked a car and got a new one that cost less , I shut down a business but started two more. I have my health if not my wealth and am confident that the future is brighter than the night I have passed thru.

Our duties as property management include accepting rent, responding to and addressing maintenance issues, advertising vacancies for landlords, and doing credit and background checks on tenants. In exchange for the service we provide, we charge landlords half of the first month’s rent no more then one time per year to place a new tenant and 7 percent of the gross rent not to exceed $100 thereafter.
